At Dima Laundry, dry cleaning and pressing a two piece suit in Dubai costs AED 48 on standard service and a three piece suit AED 60. A suit jacket on its own is AED 33 and trousers AED 15. Premium service is AED 80 for a men's two piece suit, and pressing only a clean two piece suit is AED 33.60.
Suit dry cleaning prices, men and women
Suits are priced per piece, so you pay for what you send. These are Dima Laundry's published prices for cleaning and pressing, the same at every branch:
- Two piece suit: AED 48
- Three piece suit: AED 60
- Suit jacket or blazer on its own: AED 33
- Trousers: AED 15
- Waistcoat: AED 20
- Shirt: AED 14
- Tie: AED 12
So a full office outfit of a two piece suit, a shirt and a tie comes to AED 74 on standard service.
Women's tailoring is priced the same as men's on standard service: AED 48 for a two piece suit, AED 60 for three pieces, AED 33 for a jacket and AED 15 for trousers. A skirt is AED 15 and a pleated skirt AED 25. Blouses and shirts start at AED 14. Premium rates are listed separately on the price list.
Standard, premium and pressing only
There are three ways to send a suit, and the right one depends on the suit and its condition.
- Standard is cleaning and pressing for everyday work suits. AED 48 for two pieces.
- Premium gives each piece extra care and finishing, and suits designer, delicate or expensive suits. A men's two piece suit is AED 80 and a three piece AED 100. For women's suits, premium is AED 60 for two pieces and AED 80 for three.
- Pressing only is for a suit that is clean but creased, for example after a flight or a day in a hot car. A two piece suit is AED 33.60 to press, a suit jacket AED 23.10 and trousers AED 10.50.
If you are not sure which one a suit needs, bring it in or send a photo on WhatsApp and the team will advise.
What you get for the price
The price covers more than the clean itself. At Dima Laundry every suit goes through the same steps:
- Inspected and tagged at intake, so each piece is tracked.
- Fabric and care label checked before cleaning starts.
- Stains treated before the main clean.
- Professional pressing and finishing, with sharp trouser creases and a smooth jacket front.
- Quality checked before it comes back to you, on a hanger.
Dry cleaning uses solvents instead of water, which is why wool suits keep their shape and size. Suits with leather or suede trims are priced separately and take longer, so ask the team for a price at drop off.
How often to dry clean a suit in Dubai
Dubai is hard on tailoring. You walk from an air conditioned office into the heat, the jacket goes on and off in the car, and in summer sweat gets into the lining and the collar even on short trips. That does not mean a suit needs cleaning after every wear. Too much cleaning wears out the fabric faster, and pressing is often all a suit needs between cleans.
If you switch between lighter suits for summer and heavier wool for the cooler months, clean each suit before you put it away for the season. Sweat and food marks that look invisible now can turn yellow over months in the wardrobe.
- Dry clean when the suit has a stain, a smell that airing does not remove, or has lost its shape.
- In the hot months, a suit worn most days usually needs cleaning more often than in winter.
- Between cleans, hang it on a wide shoulder hanger and give it a night to air out before it goes back in the wardrobe.
- Use pressing only to bring back sharp lines between cleans.
- Always clean the jacket and trousers together so the colour stays even.
When you need a suit back fast
Interviews, client meetings and wedding season do not always give you notice. Dima Laundry offers express dry cleaning and pressing for suits, at any branch or with a pickup. The cut-off time changes day to day, so message the team on WhatsApp on +971 50 639 8093 or call 800 DIMA (3462) as early in the day as you can and confirm the ready time.
All 8 branches are open 10am to 10pm daily, and suits are cleaned in Dima's own Al Quoz centres, never sent out. If you cannot get to a branch, book a pickup from your home, tower lobby or office online, on WhatsApp, by phone or in the Dima app.
How to keep the cost down
- Use pressing only when the suit is clean. It is AED 33.60 instead of AED 48 for two pieces.
- Choose standard service for everyday work suits and keep premium for designer or delicate ones.
- Point out stains at drop off. Fresh stains are easier to treat than old ones.
- Add your shirts and ties to the same order so one pickup covers the week.
- Set a weekly pickup day so suits do not pile up and get creased waiting for the weekend.
